In order to test your Internet connection speed and obtain the correct data with the test result, please make sure to follow the steps below before starting the test. Please note that the speed test result shows not only the speed of the package you purchased, but also the free bandwidth of +/- 10% except for the usage in your package .If you think there is a problem with your speed, please contact us and ask for technical support without waiting for the problem to correct itself.

  • Turn off your wireless connection.
  • Make sure your computer is connected to your modem device with your data cable (Ethernet port).
  • Close any other programs and applications that are running on your computer.
  • Close any other services and applications, such as IPTV, that work with an Internet connection.
  • Close all internet pages except the Speed Test page.
  • Make sure your Internet connection is not being used by another computer.
