All Streamer Packages are unlimited, contract-free, and fixed-speed. This means users can stream without worrying about data caps, enjoy stable service without long-term commitments, and experience consistent speed regardless of network congestion.

The installation fee for all packages is fixed at 120 USD. Each setup includes 25 meters of cable at no additional cost.

Additionally, all Streamer Packages include a Point-to-Point (P2P) dedicated connection at no extra charge. This technology routes your traffic directly to the backbone, resulting in lower ping and more stable data transmission — ideal for high-resolution streaming and real-time audience interaction.

However, because the entire internet exit point of Northern Cyprus relies on a single upstream via Türk Telekom, a fully dedicated ping guarantee is technically not possible. This is a nationwide infrastructure limitation affecting all service providers. Still, thanks to its advanced design, the FixNet Streamer Package delivers the lowest possible latency and the most stable connection available under current conditions.

FixNet accepts subscription payments via credit card, cash, and cheque. From time to time, special installment campaigns at cash price may be offered for partnered bank cards. However, in general, installment payments made with credit cards are subject to commission fees applied by the respective banks, which are reflected in the total price.

Legal Requirements

To subscribe to FixNet, the regulations of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTHK) must be followed. For individual subscriptions, the application must be made in person, with valid ID presentation and a wet-signed contract. For corporate subscriptions, the application must be submitted with official documents registered with the TRNC Registrar of Companies, and must be carried out by the company director or a person authorized by the director.

Installation Process

The installation period is set as a maximum of 3 business days, but this may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions. In line with our customer satisfaction policy, installation requests are usually responded to within the first 24 hours.

Ping Guarantee

FixNet does not provide a ping (latency) guarantee. This is because North Cyprus’s global internet access is provided exclusively through Türk Telekom’s infrastructure, and any traffic congestion or technical issues on that connection may prevent a stable ping time. Furthermore, no internet service provider can technically offer a true ping guarantee; such claims are often made for marketing purposes. As part of our transparency policy, we openly inform our users about this.

Cable Length and Additional Charges

All installation packages include 15 meters of cable. Any additional cable required beyond this length is charged at a rate of 1 USD per meter.

Campaign Restrictions

If there is an active campaign for a particular plan or package, it cannot be combined with any other campaign, including the "Refer a Friend" offer.
