If you already have an existing FixNet installation, you can directly switch to the 1-month option of the Flex Gold 12 package. Additionally, if your residence is located in a building covered by FixNet’s central internet infrastructure, you will not be charged a setup fee for your first subscription.

However, if you are subscribing to FixNet for the first time and live in an area without existing infrastructure (for example, if an individual rooftop antenna needs to be installed), a setup fee of 75 USD applies.

To subscribe to the Flex Gold 12 package without paying a setup fee, a minimum commitment period of 6 months is required.

This package is not suitable for certain specific use cases that require high bandwidth and low ping. For example, it is not recommended for IPTV systems that demand high-resolution and stable-speed internet access, nor for online gaming scenarios that require low latency and higher speeds. However, the high speeds offered by the Flex packages may still meet the needs of non-professional gamers, deliver better performance for IPTV systems, and perform well in homes with security camera systems.

FixNet accepts subscription payments via credit card, cash, and cheque. From time to time, special installment campaigns at cash price may be offered for partnered bank cards. However, in general, installment payments made with credit cards are subject to commission fees applied by the respective banks, which are reflected in the total price.

Legal Requirements

To subscribe to FixNet, the regulations of the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (BTHK) must be followed. For individual subscriptions, the application must be made in person, with valid ID presentation and a wet-signed contract. For corporate subscriptions, the application must be submitted with official documents registered with the TRNC Registrar of Companies, and must be carried out by the company director or a person authorized by the director.

Installation Process

The installation period is set as a maximum of 3 business days, but this may vary depending on external factors such as weather conditions. In line with our customer satisfaction policy, installation requests are usually responded to within the first 24 hours.

Ping Guarantee

FixNet does not provide a ping (latency) guarantee. This is because North Cyprus’s global internet access is provided exclusively through Türk Telekom’s infrastructure, and any traffic congestion or technical issues on that connection may prevent a stable ping time. Furthermore, no internet service provider can technically offer a true ping guarantee; such claims are often made for marketing purposes. As part of our transparency policy, we openly inform our users about this.

Cable Length and Additional Charges

All installation packages include 15 meters of cable. Any additional cable required beyond this length is charged at a rate of 1 USD per meter.

Campaign Restrictions

If there is an active campaign for a particular plan or package, it cannot be combined with any other campaign, including the "Refer a Friend" offer.
